I know exactly what mothers guilt can do to us and know how damaging the “I’m just a mum” mindset can be. 




1 x 45 min initial session

1 x 30 minute follow up session 


  • An initial in-depth session to identify areas for change and most importantly why you want to make these changes. 


  • We will talk about your desires and your vision for the woman you would like to be.


  • We’ll identify what is important to you and what you value.


  • We will get clear on the goals you would like to achieve and set the action plan to make it happen.


  • We will plan for any obstacles and set a strategy to overcome them. 


  • Get a workbook of activities to work through to help with your Be Moore You journey.


  • Connect with a Facebook Live group for support and motivation
